TCK Tavşancıl Plant, Bitumen Tanks are being monitored over KaTMİS;

Stock management is currently automatic on the premises and can be monitored remotely. All the traffic related to logistics is registered by the system. Our MT-101 IoT modules allow monitoring of the volume of product with high accuracy including temperature compensation for weight calculations for each tank, and the data portal presents graphically the data over time. Volume level and temperature data are read and transmitted to our server continuously. this allows real-time reporting of existing stock values in each category of product. Each data can be analyzed historically as all are archived in our server.

Petrol Ofisi (POAS) is remotely monitoring its LNG Tanks;

LNG stocks in the field and consumption are under control. The amount of stock in the premises of the client as well as consumption trends are accessible on a 7/24 basis. Distribution can be correctly planned without any extra cost burdens for unnecessary transportation.

For vertical cylindrical tanks, we measure the levels via differential pressure transmitters and calculate the amounts. We continuously measure the pressure at the tank outlets. If there is any deviation from the upper and lower limits, the messaging system is triggered. We implemented the solution in cooperation with Ekol Engineering Services.

Cathodic Protection Invertors and Reference Measurement Points are Under Continuous Monitoring;

The most effective corrosion prevention method, cathodic protection systems are being monitored for water and petroleum pipes. It is not necessary to make visual checks in the field. The system informs you of the points that need care.   Current produced by the inverter groups and reference potential values, stop, and damper motion signals are monitored by our MT-301 IoT module. Volt values at reference measurement points and damper motion signals are monitored by our MT-703 module working on a battery. In case of deviation from the set values, the system sends SMS messages to specified mobile phones, where the set values are remotely changeable. We cooperate with Korenma in this application.

The Central Information System Room of a Bank is Under the Control of Technical Personnel for 24 hours;

The information management system set up in the bank's headquarters serves all the branches around Turkey. Though the system room environment is air-conditioned in automatic mode, the technical staff needs to be warned in case of a critical environmental condition (temperature and humidity) in the system room for the healthy operation of the central information system servers. With the MT-101 IoT module, a wide range of signals from critical points starting from the building automation system to door sensors are monitored for 32 different alarm situations. Each alarm situation is linked to technical personnel with appropriate SMS types to warn the relevant staff. The technical personnel can also send query messages to the system to check.

All needed configurations and adjustments in the system are being made by own technical personnel of the Bank without any external support.

A firm operating in the financial sector is monitoring the temperature of the Server Room;

Our Mt-301 IoT module monitors the temperature, humidity, flooding situation, and UPS operations in the air-conditioned server room. SMS messages are configured for cases of temperature increase or decrease compared to the set values.

The tobacco Production and Distribution Firm monitors its UPSs;

The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units in the regional offices are being monitored by our Mt-301 modules. Power cuts, environmental temperature, and UPS activations are continuously monitored and in emergencies, the relevant staff is informed via SMS.

GPRS-based IoT is successfully used in the operation of the Water Distribution Network;

The level of water in cisterns at different locations is monitored by our MT-301 IoT modules and the automatic querying is done by the MT-101 modules in the pumping stations. The modules communicate with each other over the GPRS network and activate or stop the pump according to the parameters defined. Besides remote monitoring, the system sends warning messages to relevant staff in case of an emergency.
